2026 PCI Design Awards – Mixed Use Building
The Huntington Bank Tower (formerly Chemical Bank Tower) project was awarded the PCI Design Awards prize for mixed-use buildings. IPS supplied the precast components for this structure.
Specialty Concrete Construction Award
Our work on the Rogers Center Renovation project was recognized with the Specialty Concrete Construction Award from Ontario Concrete Awards. The installation was completed ahead of schedule on a very tight timetable, and both the owner and the general contractor expressed their utmost satisfaction with the quality of our products, noting the excellent fit and appearance.
PCI Design Awards – Honorable Mention
Walker Parking Consultants were awarded the honorable mentions by PCI for the University of Michigan Wall Street Parking Structure project. IPS supplied all of the precast components for this structure.
